FlowState AI — Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the FlowState AI mobile application (“App”) operated by CodeCompose (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FlowState AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

FlowState AI is a productivity application that provides:

• Pomodoro-based focus timer
• AI-powered focus detection using on-device facial detection
• Session statistics and focus reports
• Plan management and tracking

3. Accounts

• You may use basic features without creating an account.
• To use cross-device sync and cloud backup, you must create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

4.1 Free tier

Basic timer, limited event and group creation, and standard themes are available for free.

4.2 Pro subscription

Unlock all features including unlimited events, Pomodoro time settings, additional groups, all themes, and AI focus tracking. Monthly, annual, and lifetime purchase options are available. Pricing can be found in the app or on the respective store.

4.3 Payment processing

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly handle payment information.

4.4 Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
• Refunds are subject to the respective store’s refund policies.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with the App’s infrastructure or other users’ access.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage or impair the service.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of FlowState AI are owned by CodeCompose and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

FlowState AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that focus scores are medically or scientifically accurate. The focus measurement feature is intended as a productivity aid, not a medical device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCompose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
